GRO serves as an active owner developing portfolio companies with a view to create long-term value. GRO has approximately EUR 1bn in AUM and is headquartered in Copenhagen with offices also in London and Oslo.
With this, Spring Capital (the majority external investor) and Strahl Impact Capital, divest their holdings.
